The Smart Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Gilbert
Partybusmesa.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, employ operators, or take reservations the way a traditional carrier does. What it is — and this is the good part — is a quote-comparison website that connects group planners in Gilbert and across the East Valley with a network of independently owned transportation companies all competing for your business.
You fill out one short form or call the number on this page, and within seconds you're comparing different vehicle types, packages, and rates side by side. No callbacks from five separate companies. No describing your event over and over.
No waiting around.
Partybusmesa.com serves the full spectrum of group travel — from a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bachelorette crawl through Gilbert's Heritage District to a fleet of charter buses shuttling convention attendees between the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and a Chandler hotel block. Whatever the headcount, whatever the occasion, the site makes it fast and genuinely painless to find a bus that fits. Call 623-633-7401 any time, any day, and you could have pricing for your trip in about a minute.

Gilbert Bus Amenities Built for Comfort
The right amenities depend entirely on the trip. A 25-passenger party bus heading out on Gilbert's Heritage District bar scene typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. A minibus shuttling wedding guests between the Seville Golf and Country Club and a hotel block in Chandler brings reclining seats and powerful A/C — exactly what you want after a long reception in the Arizona heat.
Charter buses heading up to a Diamondbacks game at Chase Field add overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage bays for gear.
Amenities vary by vehicle and company, but on Partybusmesa.com you can compare what each bus includes before you commit. Call 623-633-7401 and a support team member can walk you through what's available for your specific date.

Gilbert Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Gilbert party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, your event date, and how many hours you need. As a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends; and a full-size charter bus lands around $200–$350 per hour either way. Per-day rates for a charter bus range from roughly $1,350 to $2,850 depending on the trip.
Those are planning ranges — actual pricing moves with demand, the specific vehicle, and the date, so treat them as a starting point, not a quote.
The fastest way to get a pricing estimate for your specific trip is to fill out the quick form on this page or call 623-633-7401. Pricing comes back in about a minute. Check the party bus prices page for a more detailed breakdown by vehicle type.

Why Groups in Gilbert Compare Before They Book
The short answer: you are not limited to one company's fleet. Because Partybusmesa.com pulls from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Gilbert and the greater East Valley, you get to compare different vehicle types, amenity packages, and price points in one place — instead of spending an afternoon calling carriers one by one, holding for callbacks, and trying to reconcile quotes that never quite match up.
Gilbert sits at the center of some of the Valley's busiest group travel corridors. A Diamondbacks playoff run at Chase Field means US-60 and Loop 202 are gridlocked from Higley Road west by first pitch. A corporate conference at the Phoenix Convention Center means your team needs a clean, simple shuttle plan that doesn't fall apart if someone's flight lands late at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway.
An April Cinco de Mayo crawl through the Heritage District means street closures and no on-street parking for blocks. Partybusmesa.com helps you find a bus that handles all of that — with pricing you can actually compare, and a support team available every day of the year at 623-633-7401 to help you put together a package that fits your group.
Gilbert Party Bus Services Available
Partybusmesa.com helps Gilbert groups find the right bus for every occasion — from airport transfers and prom nights to stadium runs and wedding shuttles. Browse the service categories below, or call 623-633-7401 any time for a quick quote on your specific trip. The full Gilbert transportation services overview is worth a look, too.

Gilbert Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Gilbert sits roughly 10 miles southeast of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) — the fastest airport access point for most East Valley addresses, with zero of the terminal congestion you hit at Sky Harbor. For groups flying into Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (6033 S. Sossaman Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212), a Gilbert airport shuttle staged curbside at Arrivals keeps your headcount together and skips the Uber-pool scramble entirely. Allegiant and Flair operate out of AZA, and the terminal's commercial vehicle curbside is straightforward — no multi-level garage navigation, no tram transfer to a rental facility.
Groups flying into Sky Harbor (PHX) face a different equation: Terminal 4 rideshare pickup requires navigating the PHX Sky Train to the rental car center, and curbside passenger pickup is tightly time-limited. A pre-arranged charter bus or minibus waiting in the designated commercial lane cuts all of that out. Call 623-633-7401 to find an airport shuttle that fits your group's size and flight schedule.

Gilbert Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Gilbert's Heritage District — the stretch of Vaughn Avenue between Ash and Gilbert roads — is one of the Valley's most walkable bar and restaurant corridors, with spots like Joyride Taco House, Snooze, and Liberty Market clustered tight enough to bar-hop on foot once you arrive. The problem is getting there and back from wherever your group is staying — and getting from there to the next stop on the itinerary, whether that's Old Town Scottsdale's nightlife corridor or a rooftop bar in downtown Tempe. A Gilbert bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first pickup to the last drop, with LED lighting and a sound system to keep the energy up between stops.
Old Town Scottsdale is about 20 miles northwest of Gilbert on the 202, and on a Saturday night the rideshare surge pricing alone can eclipse the cost of renting a party bus — especially split across 15 people. Call 623-633-7401 to compare options and lock in your date.

Gilbert Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A Gilbert birthday party bus rental is one of the most popular reasons groups reach out to Partybusmesa.com — because a group of 15 to 25 people trying to coordinate across multiple cars for a birthday night never stays coordinated for long. Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups love the arrival moment a party bus delivers, especially when the celebration venue is somewhere like the Seville Golf and Country Club (6776 S Seville Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85298) or one of Gilbert's private event spaces along Ray Road. For adult milestone birthdays heading into Old Town Scottsdale or a dinner reservation in Tempe's Mill Avenue District, a party bus eliminates the designated driver conversation entirely — everyone rides together, arrives together, and leaves together on a schedule the group actually controls.
Party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers are available through the network; use the quick form on this page or call 623-633-7401 to see what's available for your date.

Gilbert Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the Valley's major concert venues are a straight shot west of Gilbert — and every one of them turns the drive home into a logistics problem. At Mesa Amphitheatre (263 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201), post-show parking on Center Street backs up toward Country Club Drive before the encore is even over. At Footprint Center (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) — home to major touring acts and Phoenix Suns playoff games — the closest parking garage fills three hours before doors and rideshare pickup on Jefferson Street becomes a 30-minute queue.
A Gilbert concert party bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and picks everyone up from the same spot when the show ends, with no parking cost and no scattering across three different rideshare pickup zones. The Mesa Arts Center (1 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201) is another regular stop for touring Broadway and symphony performances where street parking on Center is nonexistent on show nights. Call 623-633-7401 for a quote.

Gilbert Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups moving between Gilbert and downtown Phoenix or Tempe know the Loop 202 corridor well — and they also know what it looks like at 4:45 PM on a Thursday when a convention is letting out. A Gilbert corporate event bus rental keeps your team on a fixed schedule instead of watching it dissolve one delayed rideshare at a time. For companies shuttling employees between a Gilbert headquarters campus and a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center (100 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004), a minibus on a 90-minute circuit is often the cleaner answer than reimbursing individual mileage and parking.
Bus drop-off at the Convention Center uses the 3rd Street entrance on the north side of the campus. For team events at the Mesa Convention Center (263 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201) or corporate outings at Topgolf Scottsdale (9500 E Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256), the same logic applies — one vehicle, one schedule, no one left waiting at the valet line. Call 623-633-7401 to compare minibus and charter bus options for your event date.

Gilbert Private Event Transportation Services
Gilbert's event calendar runs hot from October through April, when the desert weather is exactly what private event planners hope for. The Gilbert Farmers Market (Heritage District, Saturdays year-round) draws enough foot traffic to make parking on Vaughn Avenue a genuine challenge, and the Heritage District Art Walk turns those same blocks into a no-drive zone. For private events — family reunions at Freestone Park (1045 E Juniper Ave, Gilbert, AZ 85234), corporate outings at TopGolf Gilbert, large birthday gatherings at the Hale Centre Theatre — a Gilbert private event bus rental keeps guests from scattering across a residential neighborhood looking for street parking.
For multi-stop event days covering Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert in a single itinerary, a charter bus makes the day logistically clean. Use the quick form or call 623-633-7401 — pricing comes back fast, and one call is all it takes to put together a multi-stop package.

Gilbert Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom and homecoming season across the East Valley — Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Queen Creek high schools — runs from late April through mid-May, and it is the single highest-demand window of the year for party bus rentals in this corridor. Perry High School, Higley High School, Campo Verde High School, and Gilbert High School all schedule proms within the same compressed stretch, and the vehicles that fit a 20-to-28-passenger prom group go fast. For prom: book by January or expect to find limited availability and higher rates by the time March arrives.
A Gilbert prom party bus rental gives parents peace of mind and gives the group a send-off that matches the occasion — with the pick-up photo moment built right in. Partybusmesa.com makes it easy to compare vehicle sizes, see pictures, and find pricing for your specific date. Call 623-633-7401 now to lock in availability before the spring rush hits.

Gilbert School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Planning a field trip from a Gilbert school and comparing options against the traditional yellow school bus is a smart move — not because the yellow bus doesn't work, but because charter buses and minibuses available through the Partybusmesa.com network often bring onboard amenities (TV screens, A/C, overhead storage) that make a longer haul genuinely more comfortable for students and chaperones alike. Popular Gilbert school group destinations include the Arizona Museum of Natural History (53 N MacDonald St, Mesa, AZ 85201), the i.d.e.a. Museum (150 W Pepper Pl, Mesa, AZ 85201), and the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch (2757 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234) — all within a 20-minute bus ride from most Gilbert campuses.
A Gilbert school event bus rental handles group pickup and drop-off at the school curb, keeps headcount simple, and eliminates the parent-carpool coordination entirely. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you call 623-633-7401 so the support team can filter accordingly.

Gilbert Sporting Event Transportation
Diamondbacks games at Chase Field (401 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) are the most common sporting event run from Gilbert — about 28 miles on the US-60 West, which is a perfectly manageable drive until tens of thousands of fans are all leaving at the same time on a Friday night. Rideshare pickup on Jefferson Street after a game backs up for 20 to 30 minutes on a normal night; after a playoff or rivalry game, add another 15 on top of that. A Gilbert charter bus drops your group on Jefferson Street near the Third Base Gate and stages nearby for the return trip — no lot fees, no post-game queue.
For Suns and Mercury games at Footprint Center (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004), the same approach works: the venue sits steps from the bus drop zone on Jefferson, and nearby garage parking runs $20–$40 per car on game nights. A Gilbert sporting event party bus rental splits that cost across the whole group instead. Call 623-633-7401 for a game-day quote.

Gilbert Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Gilbert has become one of the East Valley's most active wedding markets — venues like Superstition Manor (1220 N Signal Butte Rd, Mesa, AZ 85207) and the Gilbert Temple Cultural Hall draw wedding weekends year-round. The logistical challenge is almost always the same: ceremony venue and reception venue are rarely the same address, the bridal party needs to travel separately from guests, and out-of-town guests staying in Chandler or Tempe hotel blocks need a clear, reliable shuttle plan. A Gilbert wedding transportation shuttle handles all three legs — bridal party transport, guest shuttling between venues, and late-night hotel returns — without guests spending 20 minutes in a hotel lobby trying to organize their own rideshares at 11 PM.
The 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular choice for the bridal party itself, running $225–$350 per hour on weekends. Call 623-633-7401 to put together a full wedding-day shuttle plan.

Gilbert Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Arizona's wine country is closer to Gilbert than most locals realize. The Willcox wine region — home to more than 20 tasting rooms along AZ-186 — is about two and a half hours southeast on US-60 and I-10, which makes it a long but completely doable day trip for a group of 20 that doesn't want to deal with the drive. Closer in, Pivot Brewing (1750 S Val Vista Dr, Mesa, AZ 85204), Desert Eagle Brewing (105 W Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201), and SanTan Brewing Company (8 S San Marcos Pl, Chandler, AZ 85225) form a solid East Valley brewery circuit that's an easy afternoon by minibus.
A Gilbert pub crawl bus rental keeps the whole group together at every stop and parked in one spot — instead of the group splintering into two rideshares and meeting up 20 minutes later at the next place. For the Heritage District bar crawl on a Saturday, street parking on Vaughn fills up fast and the bus stages nearby while your group moves on foot between stops. Call 623-633-7401 to compare minibus and party bus options for your route.

How does this website work?
Partybusmesa.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusmesa.com?
Partybusmesa.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not own or operate any vehicles. Instead, it connects people planning group trips in Gilbert and the East Valley with a network of independently owned transportation companies, so you can compare buses, packages, and rates in one place rather than calling carriers one by one.

How much does a party bus cost in Gilbert?
Gilbert party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle type, the date, and the length of the rental. As planning benchmarks: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour; a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$375 per hour on weekends; and a full-size charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour. These are planning ranges — not quotes.
Your actual quote for the trip depends on demand, the vehicle, and your date. Fill out the form or call 623-633-7401 and you can have pricing in about a minute. The party bus prices page breaks down ranges by vehicle.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built around the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, and often a built-in bar setup, designed for groups where the trip is part of the celebration. A charter bus (40–56 passengers) is built around moving a large group efficiently — forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage bays, onboard restrooms, and sometimes WiFi and power outlets. For a Diamondbacks game run from Gilbert with 40 coworkers, a charter bus is the practical choice.
For a 20-person bachelorette night through the Heritage District and Old Town Scottsdale, a party bus fits the occasion better. The quick form on this page lets you compare both side by side for your date.
Do I need to know the exact itinerary before I request a quote?
No. A rough outline — pickup city, destination or destinations, date, and estimated group size — is enough to get started. If your itinerary has multiple stops (Heritage District to Old Town Scottsdale to Tempe, for example), mention that when you call or include it in the form notes, and the support team can help figure out whether a party bus or a minibus on an hourly package makes more sense for your route. The more detail you can share, the more accurate the quote — but you do not need a minute-by-minute schedule to get the process started.
Is Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) easy for charter bus pickups?
Yes — AZA is significantly less complicated for commercial vehicle pickups than Sky Harbor. The terminal at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (6033 S. Sossaman Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212) has straightforward curbside access on the Arrivals level, with none of the multi-terminal navigation or timed commercial lane restrictions that make PHX pickup stressful. For groups flying Allegiant or Flair into AZA, a pre-arranged minibus or charter bus is one of the cleanest airport-to-Gilbert options available.
Have your group coordinator confirm everyone has bags before contacting the vehicle — timing at any airport is easier when the bus isn't circling. Check the official AZA ground transportation page for the most current pickup zone details before your arrival day.
Are there venues near Gilbert where parking is genuinely difficult?
Yes — several. Chase Field in downtown Phoenix has parking, but the closest structures run $20–$40 on game nights and fill well before first pitch for big matchups. Footprint Center has even less dedicated parking in the immediate blocks around it; most fans end up in lots a half-mile or more away and walking.
The Heritage District in Gilbert on a busy Saturday night fills on-street spots quickly, with residential permit zones just outside the corridor. Scottsdale's Old Town entertainment district on weekend evenings has known parking and rideshare surge issues. For all of these, a group bus is not just more convenient — it usually ends up costing less per person than parking plus rideshare when you run the math.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, booking four to eight weeks out gives you good vehicle selection and avoids last-minute rate pressure. For high-demand dates, plan further: prom season (late April–May) across Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa schools requires booking by January — February at the absolute latest — because the vehicles that fit a prom group size go quickly across multiple districts competing for the same supply. Phoenix Suns playoff games, spring training season at Sloan Park and Hohokam Stadium, and New Year's Eve all tighten supply fast.
The earlier you lock in your date, the better your options — and calling costs nothing. 623-633-7401 is available every day of the year.
Popular Gilbert Party Bus Destinations
A Gilbert party bus itinerary can reach a lot of the Valley's best venues in a short drive. Here are six destinations Gilbert groups book regularly — with the logistical details that actually matter for planning a group trip.

Sloan Park
Sloan Park (2330 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa, AZ 85201) is the spring training home of the Chicago Cubs and, with a capacity of about 15,000, the largest spring training stadium in Major League Baseball. Gilbert sits roughly 20 miles east via the US-60, and the stretch of Rio Salado Parkway approaching the park turns into slow, merging traffic from multiple directions on sellout days — which includes most Cubs home games in February and March. Parking on site is available but fills early for marquee matchups, and the lots closest to the main entrance go first.
A charter bus from Gilbert drops your group at the main entrance on Rio Salado and stages in the oversized vehicle area, so nobody is circling for 25 minutes looking for a space. Spring training games are a daytime event, which means the post-game drive east on the 60 hits afternoon rush — one more reason the bus handles it better than the carpool. Check the official Sloan Park site for current parking and gate information before game day.
Address: 2330 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa, AZ 85201 | Phone: (480) 668-0500

Hohokam Stadium
Hohokam Stadium (1235 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201) is the Oakland Athletics' Cactus League spring training home, with a more intimate, neighborhood-feel setting than the newer facilities farther east. Located in central Mesa, it sits roughly 17 miles from most Gilbert addresses via the US-60 West. The surrounding streets — Center Street and Brown Avenue — are residential grid roads that weren't built for thousands of fans exiting at once, and post-game parking on side streets gets complicated fast.
A minibus from Gilbert drops your group at the stadium entrance on Center Street and picks everyone up at the same spot after the final out, bypassing the sidewalk-parking and slow-residential-street crawl that catches first-timers off guard. Check the A's official spring training page for current parking and ticketing details before your visit.
Address: 1235 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201 | Phone: (480) 964-4467

Footprint Center
Footprint Center — renamed Mortgage Matchup Center in late 2025 — (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) is home to the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury, and it sits in the middle of downtown Phoenix with some of the most limited immediate parking of any major arena in the Valley. The blocks immediately surrounding the arena on Jefferson, 2nd Street, and 1st Avenue are largely metered or permit-only; most fans end up in surface lots and garages a four-to-eight-minute walk away, paying $20–$40 depending on the event. For Gilbert groups — about 30 miles west on the 202 — the drive is manageable, but finding those parking spots before a sold-out Suns playoff game is genuinely stressful.
A Gilbert charter bus or party bus drops the whole group on Jefferson Street steps from the arena entrance and picks everyone up at the same drop point when the game ends, with zero parking cost split across the whole group. Call 623-633-7401 for game-day pricing and availability.
Address: 201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004 | Phone: (602) 379-7867

Mesa Arts Center
The Mesa Arts Center (1 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201) is the largest arts complex in the Southwest — five performance venues and four visual art museums anchored at Center and Main streets in downtown Mesa. It hosts Broadway touring productions, symphony performances, and large visual arts exhibitions year-round, which means on performance nights the immediate blocks around Center Street and Main fill up with patrons from across the Valley. The light rail runs along Main Street and serves the Mesa Center station directly in front of the complex, but for groups of 15 or more coming from Gilbert, coordinating a light rail pickup at Gilbert Road and Main is not a realistic option at 10:30 PM after a two-and-a-half-hour show.
A minibus or party bus drops your Gilbert group at the Center Street entrance and picks everyone up curbside after the performance, with no light rail schedule to chase. Check the Mesa Arts Center's official website for current show schedules and parking information.
Address: 1 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201 | Phone: (480) 644-6500

Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch
The Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch (2757 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234) is a 110-acre urban wildlife sanctuary managed by the Town of Gilbert — one of the best birding sites in Maricopa County, with more than 300 documented species and seven reclaimed water ponds. It is one of Gilbert's most popular destinations for school groups, nature-focused private events, and morning birding tours. The parking lot off Guadalupe Road accommodates standard passenger vehicles well, but a charter bus or larger vehicle visiting with a school group should use the main lot entrance off Greenfield Road and confirm group access in advance with Gilbert Parks and Recreation.
For school groups from across the district, a Gilbert school field trip bus keeps the headcount simple and eliminates the parent-carpool approval process. Admission to the preserve is free, making it one of the more budget-friendly field trip destinations in the Valley.
Address: 2757 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234 | Phone: (480) 503-6744

Heritage District, Gilbert
Gilbert's Heritage District — roughly bounded by Gilbert Road, Elliot Road, Ash Avenue, and Vaughn Avenue — is the town's original downtown and its most concentrated dining and nightlife corridor. Postino Gilbert and Liberty Market anchor a walkable strip where on a busy Friday or Saturday the on-street parking fills by 7 PM and the residential streets just outside the district are permit-only. For groups of 15 or more arriving for a birthday dinner, a bachelorette night, or a private event at one of the district's event spaces, coordinating parking across five separate cars is the kind of logistics that derails the night before it starts.
A party bus or minibus drops the whole group at the corner of Vaughn and Gilbert Road, and stages nearby while your group moves between stops on foot — returning when you're ready, on your schedule. Call 623-633-7401 to build an itinerary around the Heritage District.
